A native of Richmond, Virginia, Nadia earned her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Exercise Science at the University of Delaware, where she was also the captain of the women’s track and field team and worked as a research assistant for the renowned Delaware Tendon Research Group and University of Delaware physical therapy program. She then continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Nadia takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation, focusing on solving the root cause of the problem to help her patients meet their goals. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, and her unique background as a Division I student athlete lends her to be particularly apt at working with highly motivated and athletic individuals. She also has a passion for balance therapy and fall prevention in the elderly, in addition to vestibular rehabilitation for a variety of problems that can cause dizziness, vertigo, motion sickness, and headaches.
In her spare time, Nadia enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, and being outside.
